World-Renowned Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
- 5 lbs of Pork Shoulder also known as Boston Butt
- 6 Jalapenos
- 3 Large Hot Banana Peppers
- 1 Ten Ounce Vidalia Onion
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 2 Ounces of Olive Oil
- 12 Ounces of Mojo Marinade
- A Pinch of McCormick�s Grill Mates Cowboy-Seasoning Per Ounce of Pork
- 1 Large Bowl
- 30 Inches of Aluminum Foil
Preparation:
Take the Jalapenos, banana peppers, and bell pepper hull and sliced them; then take the onion and cut it in 7 to 9 slices.
Once those items are prepared, take the Boston Butt, rub some Olive Oil on the outer sides of the roast; then lightly coat the roast with McCormicks
Cowboy seasoning. Let the roast sit in a large bowl, while placing the Jalapenos peppers, Hot Banana peppers, Bell pepper, and Vidalia onion slices,
and place them undernieth, around the sides, and on top of the Boston Butt. Now take the mojo marinade pour it on and around the pork roast; then
cover the bowl with aluminum foil, place it in the refridgerator for about 30 to 32 hours.
Grilling the Roast:
Now that the pork roast has been marinating over a period of time, grab a role of aluminum foil wrap the Boston Butt completely with aluminum foil;
in order, to make sure that the roast is in an air tight seal. You may keep the sliced items on and around the roast, if you wish to. Those items were
just used for seasoning. Heat the grill to 225 degree; then place the roast inside the grill, and let it cooked for approximately 3 hours at 225 degree.
After thoroughly cooked, let the roast cool at room tempature; then take a heavy duty fork, and pull the pork off into strands and pieces.
